This clarification text was prepared as the data controller on behalf of GATA Lojistik ve Havacılık Hizmetleri A.Ş.; within the scope of the Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 and the Notification on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

4. To be used as evidence in case of a legal case,

These personal data are automatically processed electronically based on the legal reason specified in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law; "it is mandatory for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person".
